The US Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy (EERE) is seeking input from stakeholders on development of a national Marine and Hydrokinetic Program strategy.
The purpose of this RFI is to solicit feedback from industry, academia, research laboratories, government agencies, and other stakeholders on how the Marine and Hydrokinetic (MHK) Program strategy that looks ahead from present through the next 20 years can be most impactful to the nation. DOE EERE is specifically interested in information on core challenges and approaches DOE has proposed to achieve MHK commercialization in the US. This is solely a request for information and not a Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA). EERE is not accepting applications.
