The objective of this FOA is to develop a comprehensive public database of federal, state, and local policies and incentives, made available and accessible via a state-of-the-art web and mobile interface, on-demand web services and downloadable data feed designed to reach a wide variety of stakeholders including energy professionals and end consumers. DOE anticipates providing $1,500,000 total to one Awardee over a period of up to three years to accomplish the goals of this funding opportunity. This FOA directly supports the goals of the Department of Energy's (DOE) Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy (EERE), Strategic Program, Analysis.
