Topic Area 2: Integrated Thermal Energy STorage and Brayton Cycle (Integrated TESTBED)
Research in this topic area will work to move lab-scale supercritical CO2 (sCO2) Brayton power cycles closer to commercial production by designing and demonstrating the integration of these cycles with thermal energy storage (TES).
