The Department of Energy (DOE) seeks to understand the current market capabilities of entities that are performing, or are eligible to perform, as Partnership Intermediaries (PI) that have strong working relationships with an innovative industrial base across the country.
DOE is posting this announcement for the purpose of obtaining information on current market capabilities of entities that are performing, or are eligible to perform, as Partnership Intermediaries (PI). Submission of responses or information under this Announcement does not guarantee that any potential partner(s) will be issued an agreement. DOE may use the information submitted under this announcement to hold discussions with one or more potential agreement holders which may lead to an agreement.
