Question 1: Can you please clarify that responses to each Category may be up to 5 pages. Also, may we attach documents, which won’t extend the 5 pages of comments but will increase the size of our submittal?
Answer 1: Please limit responses to 5 pages in length. However, you may choose to submit separate responses (no more than 5 pages each) for Categories 1 and 2. If links to references are available, links are preferred to full text attachments. If references cannot be linked, they may be clearly labeled and attached as separate documents.
